Avengers director says that the future of entertainment lies in mixing the linear story and the narration
The past decade alone has seen a major shift in how to produce entertainment and consumption, and although the future is not present in the stone, Avengers: Endgame and Electric state managers Joe and Anthony Rousseau predicted that “narrating linear stories” in the event of a large postponement once Gen Z becomes consumer dominant in the media. In a new interview, the duo explained how the future of entertainment can be dominated by projects that adopt both games and traditional formats for a story novel.
“We are in the largest transitional moments in the history of telling written visual stories,” Joe Rousseau told the Hollywood Reporter. “It is very difficult to say at this moment when it goes because much of that will dictate the taste of Gen Z once they become dominant consumers. I do not know that anyone knows what his taste is yet because they have been trained on a completely different model of consumption, and I expect a radical change, and I expect to expect a mixture of contrast, linear pace and sin.”
Rusos is already experimenting with a two -part approach for their projects, as the electrical country has a accompanying game that is scheduled to arrive later this month. Directors also mentioned how “openly” on developing video games based on their following films, Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars. This also lined up with the previous comments by Rousseau about how he believes that the future of entertainment will be dominated by games.
Another example of how entertainment developed to attract Gen Z can be seen in the last disclosure of the re -imagination of Disco Elysium Za/UM mobile phone. The studio recently revealed how it wants to make the game to be played in short fiery bursts, where the game was redesigned to suit smart phone screens in the vertical position and was strengthened with “360 degrees” and completely new voice so that you can feel more mysterious.
