Ubisoft will confirm that Assassin's Creed Sadows will support Steam Deck at the version
Ubisoft confirmed that Assassin's Creed will be playable on Steam Deck when it is launched next week.
Assassin's Creed Shadows, the latest input in Japan in the long Ubisoft series, is the first game that Ubisoft brings to Steam on the first day since the opposite of Steam's version policy last fall. Nevertheless, Ubisoft suggested in a question and an answer that was previously published that the shadows will not support Steam deck when release because its specifications were less than the minimum computer requirements to play the game. Ubisoft moved to X and reversed the course on March 12. She now says that the game will work on the first day.
Many of you were asking about the deck. We are pleased to say that we support Steam Deck at the launch and are currently waiting for the classification level from Valve. More information is coming soon.

This note about “currently waiting for the classification level of Valve” is important because this will determine whether the shadows are listed or not as verified for the steam surface or just running on the deck. Valve will celebrate games and the deck has been checked after testing to ensure that they have a full control unit support and will search and work sufficiently on mobile devices. If the games do not meet all the requirements, they will be distinguished “playable” on the deck.
Currently, the other Creed's games on Steam are marked as playable, and not verified. If it is possible to verify the shadows that have been verified by launching through launch, it will be first for this series. Regardless, Ubisoft believes that at least he should be able to run well on the deck.
Shadows Creed's Assassin for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X will be released | S on March 20. Check Gamespot's pre -order if you are interested in playing the game on the first day.
